Minister Wallace Cosgrow attended the BioFin Regional Workshop
Minister Wallace Cosgrow attended a Biodiversity Finance
African Regional Workshop at the Savoy Hotel on the 12th of June. In his opening speech he the importance
of Financing the Biodiversity in Seychelles and the world as a whole. He stated
that we need to meet the needs of the present generations without compromising
the ability of future generation to meet their own needs. He added Tourism
Industry or Fishing Industry which represent the backbone of our economy can be
self-destructive in the long term if we do not adopt sustainable practices.
